Which movie for this SNJ-4?

Sat Sep 22, 2007 2:10 am

Does anybody know which movie and/or TV program that the SNJ-4 currently owned by Robert McCoy (see registry entry) may have appeared in? This would have been 12-15 years ago, maybe more. A model of the aircraft (see below) was built, apparently for said movie, and the current owner of the model is interested in the information. It's a long shot I know, but you guys are sharp and never cease to amaze! TIA

The first thought that comes to mind is maybe the TV Mini series, "Space", based on James Michner's Novel. They had a few SNJ shots in that.
