Warbird Depot October Desktop Calendars

The October 2007 Desktop Calendars are now available from the Warbird Depot website; http://www.warbirddepot.com/desktop_calendars.asp

This month includes:

* Dan Vance flying his N.A. P-51D Mustang "Speedball Alice" during a photo shoot over the northern countryside outside of Santa Rosa, CA.
* Dr. David Peeler taking off in the CAF Memphis Squadron's Hawker Sea Fury FB.11 at EAA AirVenture 2007.
* Ray Dieckman rounding pylon #2 in his beautiful Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat "Blue Bear" at the 2007 Reno National Championship in Reno, NV.
* Rod Lewis's Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat "Rare Bear", being flown by John Penny, to a first place finish in the Unlimited Class Gold race at the 2007 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
* Warbird Heritage Foundation's N.A. F-86F Sabre, being flown by Paul Wood, at EAA AirVenture 2007.
* A rare formation of P&W R-4360 powered racers, Brian Sanders flying the 4,000 horsepower Hawker Sea Fury T.20 "Dreadnought" and Bob Odegaard flying his F2G Corsair "Race 57", at the 2007 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
* Mark Watt taking off from Reno, NV in the Hawker Sea Fury T.20, with new owner Jeff Milnes in the back seat, for the delivery flight to Shafter, CA.
* Bernie Vasquez flying the Jelly Belly Boeing B75-N1 Stearman at Eagles Nest airport in Ione, CA.
* Peter ‘Bamboo’ Kline and David ‘Cujo’ Macaluso taking-off in Dr. Richard ‘Doc’ Sugden's Mig 15 and 17 at EAA Air Venture 2006.
* Lee Griffin taking-off in his record setting (qualifying speed of 525.083 mph) Lockheed T-33 at the 2007 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
* An Air Canada B-767-300ER landing on runway 05 at Toronto's LBPIA.
* 410 (TFT) Squadron 4 Wing CFB Cold Lake, AB CF-188 Hornet flying past the Control Tower at Toronto's LBPIA enroute to its demonstration flight at the 2007 Canadian National Exhibition Airshow.
