Belgian F-104G Starfighters

Sun Oct 14, 2007 9:41 am

Hi All,

who can help us with information and pictures of the former Belgian Air Force F-104G Starfighters:

- the FX-51 - last known to be at Kissimmee (Florida, USA). Some say this aircraft transferred to Douglas, Georgia as "60813/FG-813" !

- the FX-81 - preserved at the Air Victory Museum, South Jersey Regional Airport, Medford. We are looking for recent pictures and pictures before the aircraft was tranformed in a Dutch colours.

- the FX-82 - preserved at the Air Museum Chino Airport in California. Before the aircraft was noted at Mineral Wells Municipal Airport (Texas, USA). Does anyone have pictures of the aircraft on this location.
Who has recent visited the Air Museum at Chino and has pictures from this Starfighter ?

- the FX-84 - last seen or heard from to be located at Hillsboro (Classic Aircraft Aviation Museum Inc/Premier Jets, Oregon, USA). The aircraft was offered for sale. What is the current status of this aircraft ? Who can provide pictures from the aircraft ?

We have made every effort possible to contact the current owners of these aircraft, but up till today, without result !

Who can help us ?

Many thanks in advance,

Lambert J. Derenette
