If I could defeat the odds of 39 million to one against winning the Euro lottery  ...... this would go straight onto the shopping list !

A summer spent touring the US. Spending weekends at airshows across the country. Giving free rides to veterans along the way......

I'll pop out and buy some tickets right now !

And figure how to make the guns fire blanks!

That would be an awesome muzzle blast on that 75mm.

I rode in that thing. Not sure you'd want it. It needs a little TLC.

Definitely a neat airplane, though. If you like them round and loud, they don't come much louder...

That is interesting to hear. I had heard that the aircraft was pretty well maintained mechanically. Then again that was in 2002 when I had heard that so I suppose a lot can happen in that time frame. I have never seen the aircraft in person but I would sure like to. I am a little curious about the "make me an offer" style price.

Love that B-25!

Was suppose to see her at Thunder this year. She broke my heart and stood me up!

But man, i cant buy her, but i hope somebody close to me will!

Thought: If somebody had the inhibition, wouldn't it be cool to see a

"B-25 Museum"

Also if the group had enough money, it'd be cool to see them have:

"Barbie III" B-25H

Then try to buy and restore from Aero Trader:

"Happy Halloween" B-25B
"King 9" B-25D
and maybe a B-25J- (this could either have the regular gun nose, glass nose, or turned into a camera ship.)

In short you'd have one of the most amazing collections of B-25s put together!

Ill let you guys try and imagine what this "imaginary museum" might have there various Mitchell's schemes be in?
