Hi,

I'm looking for any info concerning production of the Me-262 and Fw-189.

THX in advance

Here is a good place to start for the Me-262 stuff...

http://www.stormbirds.com/

Looking forward to other replies. I would be interested in list that connects final assembly locations with the werke numbers of the various Luftwaffe types.

Regards,

Mike

The Aero works in Prague also produced Fw-189's It was intended that Jim Pearce's restoration was to be carried out there, as it was originally built there.

Unfortunately 'stormbirds' page doesn't mention anything

MK,

try this link

www.koch-athene.de/6th/kahla/lachs.htm

also a google search on Reimag Kahla turns up some other info that might help, one page I remember, sorry didn't save to favourites, listed all the factories that supplied parts to Reimag, which if memory serves was the main underground assembly plant for Me-262's.
