Yes... 69th TRG/RG... 'QL' denoted the 22nd TRS (green quarters on tail), while 'YC' denoted the 10th TRS (red quarters on tail).

I found this if it helps anyone.

12523 (F-6K, c/n 111-30656) to Swiss AF in 1948 as J-2127.
12525 (F-6K, c/n 111-30658) to Swiss AF in 1948 as J-2128.
12530 (F-6K, 10th RG,12th PRS) crashed near Ohrdruf, Germany

The location looks like Livepool airport at Speake. Which could mean the aircarft were fresh off the boat, hence the aircraft without props.
There's also an Avro Anson visible in the shot

it's Speke post VE-Day.... low-time a/c gathered for possible transfer to PTO - eventually went to storage and later issued to Occupation units in Germany..... some later sold to Foreign operators
