Back in 1983 my father and I flew in "Chuckie" to the Oshkosh show. What a ride getting right seat time! I was able to fly as a crew member during the airshow and what a treat being in formation with the CAF B-29, LB-30 and EAA B-17. We dropped skydivers and I remember having only a small amount of trouble to get them from pulling on the control cables.

Great to see Doc and Chuckie in the news and flying.

I first met Doc and Chuckie at an airshow 1986. They are great people! Gracious, kind and inviting.

Great Article!
