What's wrong with this picture?

Sorry if this has already been thrashed out and relegated to page 200+. I only went back for 5 pages or so.

If you buy a local paper (Oshkosh Northwestern) from one of the Kids roaming Camp Scholler at Airventure, you usually get an 11" x 17" poster. It's mainly file photos from past years - this one got past the fact checkers, though...

Who knew Reg Urschler had a propellor-driven F-86? And those early, single fin Raptors look a lot like F-16's to me.

One for three isn't bad (if you're hitting against CC Sabathia). I may have stepped on copyright issues here, but I'd be surprised if they claim ownership of this one :)

3 words pretty much sum this up

The Oshkosh Northwestern.

You'd think they could hire some people who knew their planes but alas, no. B-25's become B-29's, Stealth fighters become Stealth bombers, the list just goes on and on. I wish I had cut out every error they've made as it would make one fun book.

Government High Tech Cloaking Device at work. DOn't talk to much about or the black helicopters may show up in the night and transport you away.

Spookythecat...
IMHO, if you are refering to the F117...it ain't no fighter, no matter what the USAF calls it. Attack maybe, Bomber probably. F22 would be a stealth-ish fighter, eh?
IMHO, the paper gets it about as right as many of our posters her on WIX!
