Today was one of those real clear days that in the northeast seem to only happen in September.
Pics below of a couple Colling's Foundation aircraft at Republic Field.

Bill,
Great shots as always! I was over there on Friday to watch Chuck give Tuskegee Airman Roscoe Brown a ride in the Mustang. The bombers hadn't arrived yet, but the Baranaskas P-51 and P-40 made a couple of nice passes before landing.

Couple more quick shots from yesterday.
American Airpower Museum aircraft this time.
TBM, P-47, and their PBY. And one more of the Collings P-51.
Haven't heard any talk about the status of their PBY,
this a/c from the old National Warplane Museum.

Love that PBY. Didn't know she was getting that much TLC. She needs to get patched up and in the air soon. Hope they keep her in that scheme though.

I think im very fortunate to have the AAM in my "backyard" so to speak. Though i havent had a chance to actually visit inside the museum.
