J'ai été tout impressionné des bruits de deux B-17's commençant vers le haut chez Geneseo

Tim,
Geneseo is working on a deal to get Liberty Belle for the show along with Yankee Lady and possibly Fuddy Duddy. Memphis Belle is already there. Yankee Lady may already be comitted to another show and not sure if they can get the EAA to Bring Fuddy Duddy. I think they have it until August 2005.
Ed Russell has already contacted them about possibly bringing the Spit and maybe the 109. FF should be back with the Hurri, Spit and possibly the P-40. Hopefully Michael Potter will be back with SL721. Also mentioned was up to five B-25s and two Corsairs. We shall see what actually comes.

I know. I talked to the folks at Geneseo last night then Jim Church and e-mailed Tim Savage about Geneseo. Now I'm all wound up and got no sleep last night. Can't wait.

I thought that EEA's B-17 was going to be back in the air for the their tour? Or was that a bit too hopeful? Maybe EEA could bring both B-17s along!
I think the YAF should change it's plans,

I love seening them at the show. They are a great Group. I've always enjoy talking with the crews there and everywhere.

Geneseo hopes to get the YAF B-17 and B-25 but there may be a conflict with the Lost Nations show. Sure would be nice to see them there. Should be the usual Geneseo style show as they are not going to break the bank but they always promise the old favorites and one or two new aircraft to the field. . The GWFM 1 1/2 Strutter is really nice and should be at the show. It just flew for the first time last September. Can't wait to see it again.

July 8-10
Trust me if you love warbirds and have never gone it is a great show. It may not be the biggest but it has something that no one else does. You will leave and not feel that you have be raped by the venders and you can get up close and personal with all the a/c.
This is how EVERY airshow should be.
