shipping a large warbird by boat across the ocean

The last warbird they tried to fly down there is resting on the bottom about half way across

AFAIK, the last warbird import from N America to Australia arrived safely - as have most of them, including a B-25. On it's return to the USA it was shipped, IIRC as it wasn't airworthy.

You probably will be required to ship below decks. The cargo container ships have containers below the deck of the ship as well as above. In one of these holds containers will be stacked up to a point where a layer of flatbeds will be positioned. This is where the A/C will sit. A cover will be placed on to seal the hold and more containers will be stacked on top.
A shipping facility near an airport is required. Years ago I helped on a few that were done at Long Beach Calif. Roads to to be passable with whatever width a B-25 is without the wings on to the docks.
Wings and probably Verticals would need to be removed and crated.
Talk to Carl or Tony at Aero Trader as they are the B-25 Kings.
