That A-26 has a pretty barren "executive configuration!" Any idea if it has a ring spar? Looks like a decent price with two new engines and props.

According to my notes, this Invader was never in the hands of any "exec.mod." configuring company. I believe the price is fair and I sincerely hope this Invader is picked up by someone within the w/b society fairly quickly. It has dual controls and H&P was one of the few that could provide type-rating training on the type. Now that Air Spray is getting rid of their 26s aswel, we might soon see the market overflooded with Invaders... I'm not sure, that's a good thing...

Scott Thompson/Aerovintage did a book on the Invader a couple of years ago. It contains some info on the various civilian conversions.

On Mark, L.B.Smith, Le Torneau, Rock Island, Rhodes Berry, LAS Super 26 where companies that all did various types of conversions on the Invader. Joe Baughers' excellent site covers some of those:
