This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Here are a few photos from my collection. I have alot of warbird slides from 1965-present. Just grabbed 12 B-25 photos to see how my new scanner works. Sorry I didn't clean the slides off! Enjoy!

I believe the one you have listed as NL2825B is incorrect. She does however appear to be in the background.

I think the first time I saw "Briefing Time" was at Oshkosh in the mid-1980's maybe, just after she received her new overall olive drab paint. I never knew she had carried that name since the early 1970's! Excellent photos yet again.

I paid a whopping $50 to ride in the top turret of "IRON LAIDEN MAIDEN" during an airshow in Enid, OK. We flew about 40 minutes and in formation with a TBM and an F4U. I could swivel the turret 360 degrees and raise and lower the guns. Took some good air to air that day. A ride I will never forget!

That was a good price, affordable. Lets see, if I have a Bomber and want to make money to support it, do I offer "experiance rides" for 450.oo+ dollars, and maybe get a few, or do I offer 50 dollar rides. I wonder how many folks would line up for a 50 dollar ride in a bomber or any warbird?

Here are a couple shots of one of our "local" usual suspects, "Killer B". Very Clean bird, shot at Albert Whitted airport, St Petersburg in 2005 I think

I've never seen or hear of Tootsie before. Is she still around? The registry stops at 2002.
