On my pass out parade we had 2 Tornado's come over the parade low level just as we saluted , the good thing was we could see them coming and also see the crowd jump a mile :)

The Blue Angels still play that game, though not quite that low. Do something exciting out front on the flight line while one of their number circles low and buzzes the crowd from behind at a semi-low altitude....gets your attention!

The T-Birds do the "Sneak Pass" too. It is probably my favorite part of the show. I am usually the guy staring in the opposite direction of everyone else... just waiting for it.

As a friend of mine said at an airshow a few years ago when the Angels did their "sneak pass"... "That never gets old"

Last year the T-Birds did a double sneak pass in Abbotsford. They got me with the second one for sure.

Not my photo (if you are the owner and want it removed please get in touch)

My neighbour has done this in a RAFOman Jag and says it was possibly the dumbest thing he's ever done, but great fun!

I've got a whole folder on my HD dedicated to low flying pics. Makes me want to upload them all to Photobucket for one huge post!
