I do hope more RAF and English people get annoyed that such a threat could exist for a museum plane which they donated. ... in 1982.
Problem is only the Vulcan is only part of the issue, the museum may loose other planes also if they fail to improve.

I think the British have a plate full of Vulcan at the moment anyway, not to mention the recent scrapping of a UK based example after many years of neglect.
