I picked up a hook to this on mustangmustangs and found a bit more in January 2004 issue of Air Britain nws

New Reservations in Holland

PH-PLI P-51 Mustang to Coert Munk reservation on 22.10.04
PH-PXL Curtiss P-40 to Coert Munk reservation on 22.10.04

Anymore info: especially the IDs

The 2nd Mustang at Lelystad is with the Stichting Vroege Vogels....
The 'new' one will probably operate from Gilze-Rijen AB...
