I read somewhere recently, that 3 EKW D3801 airframes had been brought to the U.K, with a view to building one airworthy airframe. Anyone heard anything further, about this ? As far as I know ,the parts ahve been stored for the last 1-2 years.
The only EKW D3801 currently airworthy, now flies in French markings!!
It would be wonderful to see the 1940's Schweizerische Fliegertruppen airborne again.
There is footage with sound on YouTube !! see Twinboom ,Morane D-3801

Before the do the Swiss air force again I would like to see one in Finnish markings. Even better if there are enough parts left over they could build up a Morko Morane.
