Cessna O-2 History?

Does anyone here have the USAF military history cards for the O-2 series, or a source for them?

I was going to try to gather this info for a number of O-2's that are currently on the market. Please let me know if there is an existing (civilian) souce for this info that would preclude me having to chase that info down via the USAF. Thanks! 8)
