Does anyone know the story on this? Looks like it's in Chino @ Square One.

Square One has been out of business and the assets were liquidated some time ago, but the photo was taken at Chino (I also recognize one of the guys holding the horizontal stabilizer). According to the FAA registry the plane is owned by Nathan Davis.
