This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Was listening to the "Cigar General" earlier on the radio, and thought it might be a good thing to create "the Airplane General" on the radio.
If you don't know who the Cigar General is, he is a cigar conniseur. He constantly points out federal and state attempts at banning cigars, taxing cigars, and attempts to destroy the cigar industry .
Basicly here you'd have someone on the radio promoting G.A., restoration, experimental, and warbirds on the radio, and complaining about some of the onerous rules and things such as:
TSA problems,
User Fees,
Difficulty with field approvals,
Abuse by ATC, etc.
Difficulty with companies getting new aircraft designs in Standard Category
With 500,000 pilots in the USA, I would think there could be enough financial support from commercials to run a humorous and entertaining 1 hour radio program devoted to these topics. Something which would expose the hypocrisy we so often see.
