WW2 Airstrip near Valognes

Sat Oct 03, 2009 7:37 am

A friend of mine is looking for information regarding an air strip near Cherbourg in the Valgones area.

Any ideas as to the field he may be looking for?

Valognes is a French place, some 8NM NW of Ste. Mere Eglise. You'd best try to find the location of the airstrip via the French WWII / D-Day sites.
