Hi all,
Anyone have or know how I could find out more information about the real B-25 that flew in WW II as "Grumpy"? I know there are a few airframes around the world painted as it, but did the aircraft survive the war, when was it built, where did it serve, etc...?
TIA,
Steve

I have a pic someplace of the radio operator from the original someplace. Her dropped by Dx one afternoon & told us that one of the bombs was painted black instead of yellow as the 106th(?) mission was the only night raid they flew...
Which is why the former TFC version has one black bomb on it since that day about 20 years ago

The real Grumpy FL176 VO-B of 98 Squadron flew a record of 125 ops with 2 TAF.
