Two US types of airplanes

I looking any additional info and drawings for this two types:

NA-16-2A
Douglas O-38

NA is from a family plane which finally developed Texan but have no idea about this previous type. No idea about Douglas machine...

Thank you It have something in Signal Squadron but it look like that many variations of type was present. by the way- I get excellent technical drawings of O-38 in meantime
