I'm just kidding, those are great photos. I do believe they are the very first fully conforming "production" versions of the C-87.

Here's AM927 parked on the Consolidated/Fort Worth apron sometime in fall of '43 for comparison:

You can just make out the chain-link fence in the first color shot. The hangars in the right background of my photo are part of the Army Air Forces side of Tarrant Field.
