F9 cougar for sale . . . again

Check out the airplanes section on eBay motors - there is a Cougar for sale - it seems like this one has been up once or twice before - they are asking a start bid of $45K - does anyone know if this is outta the park price wise for this plane? No engines and it looks to be pretty rough.

AeroCrafters has a Panther for a 100k. It has engines with it and looks pretty clean.

45k seems a little high.

Thanks for the link, I took some pictures of that Panther when it first arrived there in Santa Rosa. They've really cleaned it up since arrival, looking much more like a nice project now.
