Spitfire Markings

Is there anyone around with an airworthy Spitfire with the American markings on it? Display? Like the 31st fighter group that operated out of Italy around 1943ish? Just curious...

There was on in England flying has Tommy Molland's Spit Mk VIII "Fargo Express" from the 308th Fighter Squadron 31st FG.

This one was a temporary scheme for a John Dibbs calendar shoot. That aircraft (TE184) is now at Duxford in a Free French scheme.
