David Jackson reported the F-14 from Willow Grove...

...is on the move. It was spotted headed west and apparently is destined for somewhere around the Great Lakes.

Does anyone know where exactly?

This is all that I got from David regarding the move...
A friend just called and said F-14 nose number 201 is westbound on I-70 here in Indiana. It was east of Indy and had traffic backed up two miles as the State Police escort it through the state and construction. He said it was in the old gray two tone and not this gray crap they put on them now so he thought it might have been a gate guard somewhere. Do you have any idea where it is coming from and where it is going? You always seem to be on top of these movements.

David and Andy Marden did the investigating, and figured out it came from Willow Grove and confirmed it. If it is heading to the Great Lakes I would guess it was turning north at Indy.

Further work by David and Andy seems to indicate the F-14 will be displayed here...
