"Paths of Hate" animated film (warbird related)

Fri Dec 10, 2010 11:14 pm

I stumbled upon this trailer for a new animated film out of Poland called "Paths of Hate." It uses the medium of two WWII fighter pilots in an epic dogfight to tell a story about war breeding hate. I realize animated films/cartoons are just kids' stuff to many of you, but I found the trailer at least to be particularly well done, and I hope to see the full film at some point. Here's a link to the trailer on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZn65LA2w90

Interesting, sort of anime meets Action Comics-pretty detailed artwork and more accurate than the very good B-17 subplot in 'Heavy Metal'. When is the movie due to be released?

With all these ADHD kids nowadays.......no its not  I can see where your coming from though. It seems the trend with most movies / commercial / TV shows nowadays is everything being sped up and edited more times over, giving a sense of more speed and quickness. An example is to watch sequences from Battle of Britain, then watch Pearl Harbor's BoB sequence. Two very different approaches.

Eitherway I enjoyed this animated commercial. Then again there really aren't too many cartoons I dont like nowadays! :P  Thanks for linking it Zach!

BTW. Anyone catch that the 109 was a really early variant? The two bladed one?
