Anyone know what this plane is?

Just wasting time gawking at some of the goofy images on Awkward Family Photos, when I came across this image...

Anyone know what the aircraft is? Sort of reminds me of a Bristol Freighter... but it seems huge!

Hughes Kieser HK-1, aka Spruce Goose.
When it was on display in long Beach they had a replica cockpit section where you could get your picture taken

Not to make too fine of a point, but by the time it flew, it was known as the H-4 Hercules..............
