Sun Dec 26, 2010 12:01 am

Hello all.

I am in need of the North American drawing 5S3 for the Bonding Strips. If someone has it and could share it I would greatly appreciate it. Also an good places to buy the brass mesh to make the bonding strips.

Thanks and happy holidays

Aircraft Spruce sells it (tinned copper braid) in various widths by the foot.

That is the same problem that I have, I only have 5S2 which is for a different style bonding strip.

What is the application?
I changed the engine to mount bonding straps on the last T-6 FWF I did. 1/2" large area washer on one side, 3/16" washer on the other w/copper braid soldered on.
