India to Canada in a B-24......Operation Longhaul

Fri Jan 21, 2011 10:32 pm

I received an e-mail from my friend George Pudsey who's father was the captain on the B-24 that now resides in the Canada Aviation and Space Museum in Ottawa Ontario.

He sent me a copy of the diary of his father that was printed in the Sentinel Magazine. It is in a PDF format and I am unsure how to post a PDF on here.

If anyone can tell me how to post it would be appreciated. If not anyone who wants the PDF with photos PM me and I will send it.

Interesting read.

Mike -

My dad knew your friend's father very well - served under him at 6RD in Trenton in those days. I have a couple of pics of Colonel Pudsey in the Nieuport 17 and Avro 504K that your friend may not have copies of. Send me a PM with an email and I'll send them to you.

Dan
