Beech T-34 (G-30) history

A very good friend of mine, owns a T-34, s/n G-30.

This T-34 came out of the US Air Force with the registration N-5157V, back in the mid 60s (I am guessing here).

Is there a way to find out more on this airplane, especially the hours flown while assigned to a base, or aeroclub? I think it was assigned to the Wright Patterson AFB aeroclub for a while.

Are those records kept somewhere?
