Connecticut museum moving to Las Vegas

For those of you that keep track of such things, the American Museum of Aviation (formerly the Prop Liners of America) located in Stafford Springs, CT is moving to Las Vegas later this year. www.prop-liners.com Anyone been to this museum? Do they have much of a collection?

I was eager to learn about this museum when I first discovered it but haven't really seen any updates. I will admit that Las Vegas does have a higher traffic flow than that of Stafford Springs. There's not even an airfield in Stafford Springs so Im assuming the location is just office based. Either way if it means this museum will get off the ground and start regularly flying an aircraft than I wish them the best of luck.

While it is sad to see a museum move from nearby, I think Vegas could be a good choice. Last time I was there I had to drive to Chino to see some planes.

Where in Vegas? And how will they get their large assets there, especially the CV 880?

The mailing address was Stafford Spring, but they had an office at Brainard Airport in Hartford.
Just a small office and not a museum yet. They had somethings outside, including a restored 1960's airstairs. The stairs are on loan now to a group out in the mid-west (St. Louis?)
They were restoring or going to get a Convair 440, but that eventually fell thru and I believe they are now gong for a DC-6 or 7.
