I am trying to track down Jay Miller, the noted aviation historian. I recently purchased an old hardback edition of Aviation Quarterly, and there was an article on the Spartan C2-60 in that issue that Mr. Miller wrote. There is some great information on that aircraft, and I was trying to see if he still had his original source material or if it now resided in the Arkansas library to which he sold much of collection.
Thanks!

Kevin, if it's the same Jay Miller I'm thinking of, try contacting ISAP, he's a member of it:

Zane and Roger,
I tried going through their websites, and didn't have any luck- for some reason it keeps trying to autostart Outlook on my laptop, and my laptop is not pleased. If you can help put us in touch, I would appreciate it. If you have good info, please feel free to PM me if necessary.
Thanks!
