Sukhoi's of Quincy

Flew into Quincy Baldwin, KUIN today on biz and saw two I thought Sukhoi 28's (I believe) and an L-39 sitting on the ramp in not too great of shape.

Anyone know WTF? FBO guy said, "Yeah, they are just for parts."???
