Reminds of our dear old Hellcat who was attacked after his very first post.
Instead of a nice hello and welcome he was called a fake and a fraud for trying
to make himself out to be a Hellcat pilot. He choose the handle "hellcatpilot" to honor his late
dad who was a Hellcat pilot. He changed it it Hellcat which may have fit him better
Chris will now have to change his handle to "Mustang CAR driver" and do it now or you're
next on the fraud list (just kidding Chris but you all get my point).
Has anyone learned anything in the past couple weeks?? Clearly not so maybe it's time
for a vacation...............................

Well Dayum....guess I too am kinda screwed and have to leave too, Not licensed to fly , but can fly the PI doubl SS out of a Huey , can wring-out a Cessna (because that is all I can afford to rent) , I'm not a pilot but have played one on TV Guess I should turn in my used name and password............NOT! the person that sen this to SkyRaider is a spineless m o r o n - what a frickin dinkmoe. That's why I just use my real name. I'm firmly of the belief that if you wouldn't say something to someone in person, then you shouldn't say it online. Too many people use the "anonymity" of the internet as an excuse to behave like jackasses (although I suppose you could argue that they're actually showing their true colors.)

I have to admit I have mixed reactions to that video. Part of me thinks "what a scary bunch of rednecks," but another (possibly bigger) part of me thinks "D@mn! That looks like fun!!"

I suppose if it's confession time, I had to admit being an "armchair pilot" myself. My "left seat" time consists of about 12 hours primary instruction in a Piper Tomahawk back in 1987 (I ran out of cash before I could even solo.) I've had to satisfy my warbird addiction by building models, and going to museums and airshows.

I go back to we need to express a real name somewhere on our post, some may lie but then it is another reason for suspension, and Scott needs a contact phone number.
Again someone may lie or not pick up the phone but it gives notice that we all are a known.
One less thing to hide behind as these moronic things are said.
We discuss the past here and the Mods get to say who stays or forcibly goes.
Some need some guidelines, some need some re-currency training from time to time and if you say moronic things like this to much you ought to get the plug pulled from your keyboard.
