thats why I put the question mark next to the MGM .Seems like MGM was the company bleeding the most money on expensive WWII aviation films and bad musicals.I took a stab and obviously missed the target.oops.I tried but missed

A couple years ago 60 Minutes re-ran an old profile they did of Joseph Heller while he was still alive.
I remember him saying that at reunions for his old unit (340th Bombardment Group) there were some guys who still wouldn't speak to him even into the 1990s because of hard feelings over the book.
