Long Shot: WWII US Pilots watch part needed

Mon Jul 11, 2011 6:04 pm

A long shot I know, and only tenuously warbird-related, but I'm having trouble finding what I need here in the UK so I'm casting my net a little wider. ;)

I've just about finished the restoration of a 1942 Bulova-made AAF issue A-11 wristwatch, which was then supplied to the RAF and re-marked as a Watch, Aircrew, Non-navigational, 6B/234.
It's missing the clutch lever, if anyone knows of a source I'd really appreciate it.

It has the standard Bulova 10AK movement, with the centre-seconds hand modification.

All the best,
PB
