Looking for Corsair training film TF 1-3690

Not sure if anyone here can help but I am reposting this for a friend

A researcher is trying to locate a film which was part of the "U.S. Navy Identification WEFT" series. It's an identification film of the F4U Corsair and as far as he was able to find the training film number was TF 1-3690. The running time should be about 10 minutes.

I know that there are many DVDs out there with films about the F4U Corsair, but he cannot buy all of them just to find this film. Does anyone know more about this or possibly steer us in the right direction? We have emailed Zeno from Zeno's Warbird Videos but he does not have it.

I put T1-3690 into google and up popped a bunch of F4U training films-
