I had heard that Aero Trader was doing the work to get the Lewis B-25 back in the air and saw it in their hangar at CNO as I was taxiing by today. Anyone know if they patched it up and ferried the plane there or was it disassembled and trucked in?

I believe it was trucked in.

Definitely trucked in... Way too banged up for a ferry flight.
All the best,
Richard

I was there the day it arrived. It came in on 2 trucks, not a pretty sight!

For those of us not paying too much attention...
How/when did it come to grief?
Any photos of damage?

"IF" anyone has any photos of this Mitchell when this mishap went down, please give me a PM...I'd like to have some of her in her damaged state for my files. Ditto for 9079Z by the way.
