Un-freakin-real!!!!!!! What a sight that would have been. I don't think many, if any of us will be witness to that again. :drinkers:

Quincy was always a good time, the feds seemed willing to look the other way when slight deviations were happening. No one ever seemed to do really stupid stuff, just fun stuff. I miss the old Quincy Boogie.

I admit this Connie was pretty low, but these couple of Mitchells aren't too far behind.

Wow! I like that B-25 video as well. That aircraft has an incredible sound!

Quincy was fun. Always had some really good low passes. They use to get a South African L-100 (?) (Commercial C-130) for world record attempts at Freak Brothers. Now those guys (SA) could do some low level passes - I'd be amazed if they would be unable to lower the gear for fear of it hitting the ground before it was extended. :supz:

As the guy in the video kept yelling, WOW WOW . Did you notice the three people walking as it flew overhead and two practically hit the ground. Is that the "Star of America" from the "Save -A - Connie" people? It looks like it. It looks to me that the Connie might be lower on it's pass than the two B-25's or maybe because the Connie is so much bigger. On Youtube with this Connie video it also had for view a flight video taken from inside the Connie showing the Instrument panel and also the flight engineer's station. The flight engineers station looked a lot like FIFI's, used almost the same engine except the Connie had the Turbo compound engines. Just added flying in a Connie to my bucket list.
