I remember seeing three Navions at Vineyard Haven. I think they were part of a flying club, or air-experience flight, as they all had spurious military-like markings of a similar sort. Are these accidents all by the same guy? If so, how is it that anyone with this sort of record can still have a license, or at least be allowed to fly complex aircraft! Crazy! Lucky that no one was injured.
