Aeromarine Instrument Type 53 Tachometer NOW WITH PICTURE!!

Mon Feb 27, 2012 11:19 am

A buddy of mine recently came across a tachometer I've never seen before.

Its an Aeromarine Instrument Corporation Type 53 Tachometer

The only references to it on the great information superhighway are a listing for an advertising brochure from 1935 and an expired eBay listing reference.

Anyone know more about this tach? What might it have been used in? Is it worth anything to anyone or is it just a paperweight?

Thanks..
