Video of an Apache helicopter crash. Looks like Feb 6th of this year. Luckily from the artcile no one was hurt. Crazy!

Strong safe helicopter there......

If you note the coning of the blades, he was coming downhill too fast..... Didn't have the lift to overcome the intertia and hit the ground. If the tailrotor didn't impact, he may have actually landed it. He had his chance to get out on the first pass. When he turned for the second half of the flyby, that was all she wrote.....

Yeah, and the 6 or 7 folks in the group before impact and the group after. It sucks to realize you've miscalculated your air/ground ratio...
