Groovy... I don't think I've actually heard this series before.
Matter of fact, now that I think of it, I'm not sure I've heard of it at all, although I do have a couple radio adaptations of the film.

In my opinion the series is fantastic, and being 26 half-hour episodes it goes far, far beyond what the film tells us abotu the squadron, following their service right through till the end of the war, and also the development of Barnes Wallis's other big bombs too. A really top notch series, I've listened to it about four times now since I downloaded it some while back.
I wish someone would upload some of the other Australasian Radio adaptations made at the same time. They also did Reach For The Sky (Douglas Bader's story) and The Great Escape (hopefully more accurate than the Hollywood movie was).
