Here's the poop on the CONNIE, grab something to :drinkers:

L-1049H c/n 4801 f/f 9/20/56 del to Qantas Empire Airways as VH-EAM 'Southern Spray' off QAL service 6/62.

then Air New Mexico 6/62 as N 7776C

Leased by ALASKA 4/64 (shown is 1960's scheme of 'Golden Nugget') I remember seeing this one @ SEATAC a lot as a teenager. off ASA service 5/67.

Leased by LAER as LV-JHF then to TAB Transportes Aereos Bolivianas as CP-797.
Used in Biafrian air lift and eventually B/U 1972 @ KCMH. :ouch:

I believe the FULTON B-17 is N 17W and used in the Bond Movie THUNDERBALL as well as TORA, cubed and MEMPHIS BELLE and now restored and @ MoF @ KBFI. pop1

Was the double ended Tiger Moth the P.O.C. for CESSNAS 336/337?
