For some reason, since last weekend whenever I try to reply to or send a new personal message, they show up in my "Outbox", but not in my "Sent Messages," leading me to think they're not going through. Is there some setting I'm missing that got changed?

They will stay in your Outbox until they are read by the recipient, then they move into the Sent folder.
Unless I'm wrong of course, which seems to be happening to me a lot lately.
