Just thought I'd throw this out for perhap the enjoyment of our group. I think we all may have some common interests here.

Got any Elkhart Lake stuff?

Great stuff!
You would have gotten along with my Dad... he was a race fan/photographer. He especially liked Indy, sprints, midgets, Can-Am and F1. He also worked on the Apollo program, Skylab, the Shuttle and ISS.
Do you happen to have any images of the Hurtibise Mallard/Beer Cooler? Or perhaps any Watkins Glen stuff?
Thanks for sharing these!

Yeah, I drank quite a bit of Miller out of that "cooler". It was really a gas. He'd push it into the qualifying line and when it was his turn to go out, he'd take back to the back of the line. When the final gun went off, the hood would open and everone had ice cold Miller! The first time he did it, it was the funniest thing anyone had ever seen at the Speedway. One of his garages was just set up as a bar. Boy those were the days.
Give me a bit and I'm sure that I have some of those pic's. I'll let you know.

Groovy, thanks much guy!
I'm an aircraft modeler and am certainly no car modeler, but one of the last models my Dad worked on before he left us was a resin Mallard. He was becoming frustrated with modeling, but he really wanted to get this one done. I figure maybe I can finish it for him, and any pix you may have would undoubtedly be useful and certainly would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not old enough to remember any of the 'good 'ole days', but hearing him talk about it all over the years and spending the last few going through all the stuff he had I wish I'd been born earlier. You just can't have real fun anymore, can you? Well, I suppose you can... but these days you get in trouble for looking at someone sideways...
Anyhoo, thanks again!
