I just returned from my latest trip to Iraq and all points in the middle east. I was able to visit with my brother for about an hour in Balad and he gave me a disk of pictures he has taken over there. Lord willing, he will be leaving that place next week while I'm hanging out in Reno.



When I left the states, I swung down through Johannesburg, SA and saw this DC-3



While we were there, we picked up these..





Which we carried to Iraq



Followed by these guys that we took to another field the next day



These two pictures were taken at Al Asad Airbase in Iraq.

It'd be great if we could bring that MiG-23 "The Phoenix" back to the U. S. for a museum display, complete with graffiti!
