Dyess AFB Linear Air Park in Abilene,Tx

check http://www.dyess.af.mil/shared/media/do ... 12-087.pdf Lots of information on the aircraft they have with photos. It seems the aircraft are kept in good shape.

I was the PAO at Dyess for a few years and can attest that thye aircraft are kept in good shape.

The C-130A is opened for tours and is very nice and complete inside.

Had a great time walking the Linear Air Park at the 2012 Dyess Big Country Airfest. Here is a picture of the P-40 that is part of the display - it's a replica of the Warhawk nicknamed "Kibosh" flown by Lieutenant Edwin Dyess, the base's namesake.
